Michelle at a better solution organized and performed an estate sale last month for my parents’ house in South Gate. There was an overwhelming amount of Antiques and collectibles, to my mind. Michelle and her small but extremely efficient crew sorted priced and sold probably 90% of all contents.
I believe the reason for Michelle success is Michelle herself. I had three leads to call. She was the first one to return my call of the three she was the only one that had a personal interest in the sale.
Her contract was simple, straightforward, and complied with to the letter. I’ve been in Sales 40 years, never have I had a simpler or more straightforward Transaction.
I’ve referred her business to a relative in a similar situation. Highly recommend.

To meet a deadline imposed by Escrow I had just 3 weeks to find a company that could help clear out tons of tools my father had collected for over 70 years. By luck my wife found “A Better Solution Estate Sales” and within a few days of calling I met with Michelle who surveyed what I wanted to sell and explained her process.
Half of the hassle of selling anything is knowing what price to set that is fair for the seller but assures the largest quantity of items move quickly. Michelle was able to do just that and within a week had the sale organized and was able to sell probably 90 – 95% of what I needed gone.
The other big plus for me was that she was able to photograph, price and conduct the sale without my presence and participation since I live 90 minutes away and have a busy schedule.
